Margaret O’Quinn – Registered Dental Hygienist
Margaret earned her degree in dental hygiene in Cleveland, Ohio, and she has been working in dental hygiene for 20 years. She continues to expand her knowledge in the dental field by annually taking continuing education courses. Margaret works to provide our patients with the best possible care.
Margaret is married and has one son. Away from work, Margaret enjoys gardening.
Keila Flores – Registered Dental Hygienist
Keila joined our dental team in October 2012. She earned an Associate of Arts degree from Montgomery College and a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. She is certified to administer local anesthesia and is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association and the Hispanic Dental Association. Keila enjoys benefiting from the experience of several dentists who are on the cutting edge of dental technology. She also loves being part of a clinic with a special community outreach to deaf and hard of hearing community. and being with a helpful and fun-loving team who care deeply about their patients. Keila brings knowledge of various dental settings, as well as a fresh educational curriculum and refreshing personality.
Keila lives with her family who are of Bolivian origins. In her free time, Keila enjoys gymnastics, dancing (Latin dances and Bollywood music), working on arts and crafts, learning ASL, and traveling.
Julie Hudler – Registered Dental Hygienist
Julie graduated cum laude from the University of Maryland at Baltimore Dental School, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene in 1980. She also attended the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia, from 1976-1978. Julie worked at the National Institutes of Health from 1980-1987; she worked in the dental department of the hospital, treating patients with a variety of medical conditions. She has been working at our Gaithersburg, Maryland, dental office with Dr. Steven Rattner & Associates on a part-time basis since 1983. Julie has been a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association (ADHA) and the Maryland Dental Hygienists’ Association (MCDHA) since 1980. She is committed to expanding her education in dentistry and takes more than 30 hours of continuing education classes for both Maryland and Virginia licenses every year. Julie loves to build good relationships with her patients. Her goal is to educate and motivate her patients toward good oral health. We work to promote healthy mouths to help maintain healthy bodies! Julie also strives to give her patients the highest level of care and an experience they will remember.
Julie’s personal time is devoted to her husband, Glenn, and their two grown children, Garrett and Kelsey. She enjoys reading, gardening, and cooking. Julie loves to play tennis weekly, spend time at the lake, and go skiing in the winter. She also knows American Sign Language.
